Ian has been involved in the property market for over 30 years and during this time has gained specialised knowledge and extensive experience in the new property & the building industry.
Ian’s genuine love of the new build process and satisfaction in seeing his client’s new homes or investment property purchases come to fruition drives Ian’s passion to go above and beyond - ensuring his clients have the best new build experience.
After returning from living in Canada with his family for an extended period, Ian started working for one of Auckland’s largest property developers in 2000, selling down large apartment complexes on the North Shore & Hibiscus Coast for over 10 years. For the past eleven years, he has been a top performer for one of NZ’s largest group home building companies.
During this time Ian was involved in facilitating house and land packages for KEY2. Ian has now bought all his experience and knowledge to KEY2 and can now offer his clients the full service, from finding the right site through to seeing them move into their new home and achieve property ownership or adding to their property investment portfolio.
Ian and his wife Michele, have personally completed many renovation projects and have designed and overseen the construction of several new homes, built by a variety of building companies.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys travel, both within NZ and overseas, spending time with his three sons and their families, regular golf games and adventure trips with friends.
