SELECT YOUR LAND OR HOUSE & LAND PACKAGE AND MAKE AN OFFER

Your offer could be subject to conditions (such as finance or due diligence).  KEY2 will negotiate the details including purchaser price, deposit and settlement date on your behalf.  Ensure your solicitor checks the final offer, terms and conditions on both the land and the build contract.

DESIGN TIME

We introduce you to one of our expert home designers to design a home to suit your requirements.

SELECT A BUILDER

We source the most suitable builder for you.
​All our builders are either a NZCB Approved Builder or a Registered Master Builder.

GET THE PAPERWORK DONE

Once you and your solicitor are happy with both the land and the build contract, enlist a registered bank Approved Valuer to value your home as if complete.

Once all conditions are met - the agreements become unconditional.  All documentation is completed including Home Loan documents.  The remaining balance to be paid on settlement is confirmed.
