Heading up our Christchurch division of KEY2, Ryan is one of our knowledgeable consultants using his extensive background in the property and land industries to assist families wanting new homes throughout the Canterbury region.
His background in land subdivision and property development has given Ryan the ideal toolbox of skills for his work here at KEY2.
Before working at KEY2 Ryan entered into a commercial building apprenticeship after leaving school and began buying and renovating properties, building up his own property portfolio.
He then moved onto land subdivision, property development and selling investment property in Australia.
Ryan has been involved within the property industry for 25 years, having developed a wealth of knowledge in this time.
Outside of KEY2 Ryan enjoys most sports but his two real passions are competing in body sculpting competitions, and his lifetime involvement in martial arts - both competing and teaching students Thai boxing and MMA.
Ryan holds both a 3rd and a 4th degree blackbelt in separate martial arts styles.
